Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Our shipping partner is FedEx and a physical address is required. The United States Postal Service (USPS) will be used for shipping domestically to any Post Office Box address.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are length and weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

At LifeMed Safety, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please note that all returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on disposable items due to health and safety regulations.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund minus the restocking fee. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
